The Authority denied the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), Local 1617 application for review and a request for a stay of the Regional Director's Decision and Order granting the Department of the Air Force, Lackland Air Force Base's petition for clarification of the bargaining unit exclusively represented by AFGE, Local 1367. The Authority found that AFGE, Local 1617 provided no arguments to explain why a stay or the application were warranted.
