Explanation: Baseline will be established in 2003 for the first cohort (up to 10 studies). Interim data for the first cohort will be obtained in 2004 and the target will be baseline plus 10 percent for 2005. Final data on the first cohort will be obtained in 2005. Baseline data for the second cohort will be obtained in 2004. In 2005, interim data on the second cohort will be obtained and the target for 2006 will be baseline plus 10 percent. In 2006, final data for the second cohort will be obtained.
