Small Business AssistanceGSA's Regional Office of Small Business Utilization (ROSBU) advocates for small businesses in eight southeastern states. Its mission is to promote and increase access to regional contracting and procurement opportunities. GSA has procurement preference goals for contracting and subcontracting with businesses that are (links to Small Business Association Pages): small, small disadvantaged and Section 8(a), woman-owned small, HUBZone small, veteran-owned small and service-disabled veteran owned small businesses.
