After successful experiences working together in response to hurricanes and other events, the value of this partnership has been well illustrated. This partnership will further connect the MRC and ARC at both the national and local levels. This memo addresses the complementary missions of the MRC and ARC and how the organizations can work together to better prepare and protect our communities to recover from disaster.
