Property Management ServicesTenants of GSA's owned or leased properties should contact their Mid-Atlantic Region PBS Field Office listed below with any questions or concerns. A full range of real property management solutions is available, including:
Allegheny Service Center: serves most of Pennsylvania, including Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Scranton, and Erie and West Virginia, southwest Virginia, and western Maryland. Property Management Services are provided through the following Field Offices: Pittsburgh, PA (includes satellite offices in Harrisburg and Scranton, PA) and Charleston, WV (includes satellite offices in Martinsburg, WV and Roanoke, VA).
Philatlantic Service Center: serves southeastern Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia and the surrounding Pennsylvania counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery. The Philatlantic Service Center also serves clients in Delaware and much of New Jersey (excluding eight (8) northeastern counties of NJ served by GSA's Northeast & Caribbean Region). Property Management Services are provided through the following Field Offices: East Philadelphia (includes three additional Philadelphia offices) and Delaware Valley (including offices in Germantown (Philadelphia), Trenton and Camden, NJ, and Wilmington, DE).
Chesapeake Service Center: serves most of Maryland and Virginia. Property Management Services are provided through the following Field Offices: Chesapeake (includes offices in Baltimore and Woodlawn, MD) and Richmond (includes offices in Charlottesville and Norfolk, VA). GSA's National Capital Region serves the Washington, DC metropolitan areas.
