U.S. Election Assistance Commissioner Ray Martinez will speak at the 2005 annual meeting of the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL). Martinez will speak at a session sponsored by NCSL’s Redistricting and Elections Committee, and provide an update on election reform efforts taking place throughout the country.
