Profile of System

The City of Lafayette transit systems provides transit service to Lafayette Parish. Twelve routes provide scheduled service to the city of Lafayette. Eleven of the 18 buses providing service are lift accessible. Paratransit service is also provided by four vans to persons unable to used the fixed route service. Users of the paratransit service must fill out an application to qualify for service. Service is demand response and must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
