Analyzing assets, tracking homeland security grants, and creating a link to the Tribe's strategic plan for homeland security; D. Provide a process for analyzing the Tribe's assets and responding to opportunities; E. Seeking opportunities which create economic growth based on homeland security, and F. Supporting the United States homeland and defense objectives.
