MLA Claims Policy

Domestic claims (from U.S. subscribers) must be filed no earlier than three weeks and no later than six months from the publication's month of issue. Claims from subscribers outside of the United States must be filed no earlier than six weeks and no later than twelve months from the publication's month of issue.
