Welcome to GSA’s Mail Management training development webpage. We believe proper training and certifications are the key to being successful. These resources have been provided to assist federal mail employees, such as, mail managers, managers of programs that generate mail, program/budget analysts, and financial managers in learning to do their jobs more effectively and efficiently.
