Professional Certificate Program  
The Professional Certificate Program encourages customers to attend PCC events. Through participation in the program customers can walk away from an event with a Professional Certificate that recognizes their participation and knowledge.

Generally, these are the guidelines:

The workshops should be 60 minutes in length
Certificates should be awarded to those who attend at least 4 (60 minute segments) within the same subject matter area
It is fine to include a general session, such as an opening session or a luncheon session as one of the requirements
The Certificates should be mail related
The PCC must keep track of attendance
Verify course content with HQ Program Manager

The program is flexible - you can make the requirements relate to one event, or carry through a series of events. The following standard operating procedure (SOP) can be accessed for additional guidance (doc) | (txt)
