Read More   USAID Publishes Guide for DG Officers on Administrative Law Tools and Concepts In April, USAID’s Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance published a guide for Democracy and Governance Officers, titled Using Administrative Law Tools and Concepts to Strengthen USAID Programming. The report was co-authored by IRIS Associate Director Malcolm Russell-Einhorn and Professor Howard Fenton of Ohio Northern University Law School. Read More   Ecuadorian President Supports Sectoral Investment Policies Proposed by IRIS-CARANA Economic Development Project Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa recently endorsed and approved ProEcuador, the country’s new investment promotion institute developed by the IRIS-CARANA economic development project in Ecuador. In discussions with the project team, he shared his “high-expectations” for the new entity.
