Daily Meal Planner
Our daily meal planner makes it easier to prepare healthy, economical
meals at home by helping you organize recipes and meals for each day. You can contribute
your favorite recipes to Meals Matter and then plan your meals for the week
by adding them to your daily meal planner. If you don’t have a recipe to add you
can also write in what you plan to eat for any given meal.
Favorite recipes and meal ideas can be copied or moved to future dates in the daily
meal planner to space out your favorite recipes over several weeks. Most cooks have
a core set of seven to ten recipes they prepare. Using the daily Meal Planner you
can create a schedule of meals that repeat each week or each month by creating a
rotating menu of your favorite recipes.
You can customize the daily meal planner start day, the number of recipes and enter
text to describe your meal. Tailor your daily meal planner by adding one or all
meal occasions: breakfast, lunch, dinner and up to three additional mini-meals or
snacks. This is ideal if you follow a specific meal plan or feed young children
that need to eat more frequently. You can track your food intake and find a plan
that work best for you.
