• For Assistive Technology State Grant Program (# 84.224A), the governor designates a lead agency in each state.
• For National Activities (# 84.224B), public or private entities, including for-profit organizations, and institutions of higher education (IHEs) with relevant expertise may apply.
• For Alternative Financing Program (# 84.224C), states and outlying areas (Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands) that have received grants under the Assistive Technology State Grant program may apply.
