GSA: Supporting agency customer compliance with OMB Memorandum 05-22 OMB Memorandum requires that an agency's backbone (aka "network core") be capable of transmitting both IPv4 and IPv6 traffic, and supporting IPv4 and IPv6 addresses by June 30, 2008.
