Real Estate Services

Federal agency clients receive a full scope of realty services including space planning, space programming, and design services; construction management services; and advisory services to develop the best housing solutions for their space needs. The Mid-Atlantic Region, based in Philadelphia, can tailor workplace solutions for federal agencies in Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and portions of Maryland, New Jersey, and Virginia.

Federal agencies looking for space can count on GSA to:

  • Help define space requirements
  • Recommend occupancy solutions
  • Negotiate favorable lease/occupancy terms
  • Oversee renovations
  • Construct new buildings when appropriate

Federal workers can also be provided with child care services and property management services in government-owned and leased buildings managed by GSA.
