FOR REVIEW OF FORFEITURE RETURNED TO
PENDING STATUS (Report MM-844, Mass Media Action)
     In light of a recent court decision, the Commission
has set aside its July 6, 1994, decision denying Bay
Television, Inc., licensee of WTTA(TV), St. Petersburg, 
FL, reconsideration of a $10,000 forfeiture assessed against
it for running too many commercials during its children's
programming.
     Action by the Commission August 5 by MO&O
