FCC ADOPTS RULES PROMOTING GREATER SPECTRUM EFFICIENCY IN PRIVATE WIRELESS RADIO SERVICES. The FCC adopted rules which more readily facilitate the use of "centralized trunking" by private wireless spectrum users.
