Current Status: Synopsis posted to Fedbizopps on November 21, 2008. This solicitation is a full and open competition Request for Proposal (RFP) issued on February 3, 2009. The solicitation and any amendments will be available via the EPA website only. Hardcopies or diskettes will not be available. Amendment 1 is hereby posted to provide responses to technical questions and extend the proposal due date. All proposal responses are due on March 12, 2009 at 12:00 p.m., E.T.
On 2/10/09 the status was updated to add the Preproposal Conference slides which are provided for information and use during the conference. The slides are applicable to PR-NC-08- 10801, PR-NC-08-10802, PR-NC-08-10625 and PR-NC-08-10626.
