Acquisition and Assistance

ADS Series 300

ADS Series 300 supersedes former AID Handbooks 1b, 11, 12, 13, 14*, and 15. Please Note: The AIDAR, formerly Handbook 14, is still valid.

NOTE TO THE PUBLIC:  Contractors, recipients, or prospective contractors or recipients are welcome to view these ADS chapters and their references for information on the USAID Acquisition and Assistance (A&A) policies and procedures.  However, please direct any questions about how the ADS, an AAPD, or a CIB applies to an existing contract, grant, cooperative agreement, or a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Applications) to the responsible Contracting Officer or Agreement Officer or other point of contact listed in that document.  The responsible ADS chapter authors and the points of contact listed in each AAPD or CIB are not authorized to answer questions related to specific contracts, grants, cooperative agreements or solicitations.

ADS Series 300 Chapters are provided in PDF format. See instructions for copying and pasting information from PDF documents.

Please review the applicable Interim Updates (IU's) listed below.
