Northern NJ Post Offices hosting Passport Fairs

Northern, NJ — To make it easier to apply for a passport, select Northern New Post Offices are hosting Passport Fairs this Sunday, March 30th. The Post Office Passport Fairs will feature additional personnel to accommodate customers applying for passports. Postal officials advise walk-ins are welcome, but recommend calling ahead for an appointment.

The Postal Service offers these helpful tips for applying for a passport:

  • Fill out the passport application (DS11), before you come to the post office. You can download it from: http://travel.state.gov/download_applications.html
  • Bring proof of US citizenship with you and present proof of identity.
  • Provide 2 passport photos. (photo service available on-site for a fee)
  • Have all your documentation with you.
