Interagency Committee for Aviation Policy (ICAP) Aviation Resources Management Survey (ARMS)
GSA and the ICAP’s Safety Standards and Training Subcommittee (SSTS) sponsor the Aviation Resources Management Survey (ARMS) program. Under this program, federal agencies may request an ARMS from the ICAP, and GSA puts together a team of experts to do a comprehensive review of all aspects of the agency’s aviation program. The resulting ARMS report belongs to the requesting agency.
