Performance Measurement Division

About the Performance Measurement Division

  • Collects, analyzes, tabulates and publishes real property and workplace performance data and produces reports on annual governmentwide results. Benchmarks performance against the private sector and publishes the results.
  • Maintains updates and disseminates the GSA Cost per Person Model including benchmark data. Identifies emerging trends and policy gaps, and then gathers data, conducts analysis, and publishes metrics, guidance and policy in special topics.
  • Designs and conducts the annual real property awards program.
  • Coordinates relationships with industry and associations to further develop and enhance best practice identification and communication.
  • Handles special reporting requirements in the area of data collection and analysis.
  • Maintains responsibility for all internal performance management issues and deliverables.
