About the Regulations Management Division

The Division is part of the Office of Real Property Management, Office of Governmentwide Policy.

What the Division Does

  • Develops, coordinates, and administers regulations, policies, guidelines, and standards of real property asset management throughout the federal government
  • Provides communications, administrative, and information services to internal and external customers
  • Reviews and comments on legislation
  • Outreach program develops biannual Asset Management and Best Practices Real Property POLICYSITE newsletter for internal/external customers
  • Policy Change Management Model (PCMM) which is a web-based knowledge management tool that aims to help federal agencies determine their compliance with real property regulations/policies as well as to serve as a resource for best practices in federal real property asset management.
