Introduction

If you had an experience with Social Security that you didn’t like, please let us know! Your expressions of concern help us decide how to improve our programs and service. Just follow these easy steps to send your complaint using the form below:

Because of privacy and security concerns, we cannot answer questions about your claim for benefits.

Please call 1-800-772-1213 if you have an inquiry concerning these questions. People who are deaf or hard of hearing may call our toll-free TTY number, 1-800-325-0778, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Monday through Friday.
