UHC training: how to apply for CEU credits
  Question
I just completed the Unified Health Communication course on-line and wanted to ask how I would go about applying for my CEU credits. Am I supposed to get some sort of certificate at the end that I could mail off to CHES?
  Answer
Go to "My Learning" on the TRAIN home page and complete the post test assessment and the evaluation; then you will be able to access your completion certificate.

Upon completion of the course, please go to the AAHE - American Association for Health Education website for more details in obtaining CHES credit

This program has been reviewed and is approved by the American Association for Health Education (AAHE) for 5 Category I Continuing Education Contact Hours for Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES). AAHE is a designated provider of Continuing Education Contact Hours by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. (NCHEC).
