CHCS works directly with state and federal agencies, health plans, providers, and consumer organizations to design and implement cost-effective strategies that improve care for people with complex and high-cost needs. Our collaborative-learning activities provide unique venues where Medicaid and other public and private health care purchasers can work together, share best practices, and design programs that reward high quality care.
