Client Assistance Program:
The Client Assistance
Program is available to advise and inform clients and applicants of all
services and benefits available to them through programs authorized under
the federal Rehabilitation Act.
CAP’s purpose is simple – to assist and advocate for clients and applicants
in their relationships with projects, programs, and community
rehabilitation programs that provide services under the Act. The program
is also responsible for informing individuals with disabilities in Nevada,
of the services and benefits available to them. CAP is particularly
charged with having this information reach individuals with disabilities
who have traditionally been unserved or under served by vocational
rehabilitation programs.
