USAID Title II Food Aid Pre-Position Warehouse and Logistics Services
Amendment No. 1

March 28, 2009

USAID hereby amends solicitation TRN-09-004 as follows:

1. Cover Page, SF 33 Block 9: Delete the Proposal Due Date stated as "04/10/2009" and in lieu thereof substitute the date "04/24/2009."
2. Contract Section L.4.(b): Delete the Closing Date stated as "10 April 2009" and in lieu thereof substitute the date "24 April 2009." Proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on this date.
3. Contract Section L.4.(e): For hand carried proposals the telephone number for Mr. Paul Vicinanzo is (202) 712-5147.

All other terms and conditions of Solicitation TRN-09-004 remain unchanged.
