Q : What happens if I have a physical or mental disorder with associated harmful behavior?

If you have a physical or mental condition with associated harmful behavior, you are inadmissible.  However, you may still be eligible for adjustment of status by applying for a waiver according to the terms and conditions established by USCIS, in consultation with the CDC.
