  1. Where is the Transportation Audits Division located?

    The Transportation Audits Division relocated from Washington, DC to Arlington VA in March of 2006. It's address is as follows:

    Arlington, VA 20406.

    Please note that some existing regulations still reference the old address in Washington, DC.

  2. Has the GSA lock box for transportation refunds changed?

    Yes, effective February 7, 2005, the transportation refund lock box addresses changed. For carrier refunds on overcharge notices issued by the Transportation Audit Program, the new lock box address is:

    General Services Administration,
    Office of Transportation Audits (QMCA),
    P.O. Box 979006,
    St. Louis, Missouri 63197-979006

    This lock box replaced:

    P.O. Box 93746,
    Chicago, Illinois 60673.

    For airline refunds of unused, downgraded, or exchanged tickets for official government travel under the Transportation Audit Voluntary Payment Program, the new lock box address is:

    General Services Admiistration,
    Office of Transportation Audits (FBA),
    P.O. Box 979007,
    St. Louis, Missouri 63197-979007.

    This lock box replaced:

    P.O. Box 70354,

  3. Is a Standard Form 1113, Public Voucher for Transportation Charges, still required to be submitted with the Bill of Lading or GTR to receive payment for transportation charges?

    Yes, the SF 1113 is still required to receive payment on paper transactions. Refer to 41 CFR 102-118.195.

  4. Are all paid transportation transactions still postpayment audited?

    Yes, refer to 41 CFR 102-118.415.

  5. Do all civilian and military entities have to provide GSA with copies of Tenders, One Time Only Tenders, Tariffs and FAR contracts?

    Yes, 41 CFR 102-188.260 requires submission of them. They can be mailed to our office address noted above or sent electronically to sddcrates@gsa.gov.

  6. Where do we send paid paper transportation billings for post payment audit and archiving?

    Paid paper transportation billings should be sent to the following address: GSA, % SOC Enterprises, 13882 Redskin Drive, Herndon, VA 20171.
