EPA Blue Ribbon Water Quality Trading Leadership Awards Program

This awards program recognizes water quality trading efforts that have achieved or are anticipated to achieve environmental and economic benefits. It accomplishes several goals:
- Encourages exemplary efforts
- Promotes water quality trading by creating a network of water quality trading leaders
- Provides national recognition to award recipients
