• Center for Policy Evaluation
  The Center for Policy Evaluation (CPE) determines the effectiveness of governmentwide regulations in the areas of travel, transportation, and asset management by evaluating how agencies adhere to regulations, assessing measures for improving the regulatory process and impediments to compliance, and seeking out existing and new best practices and tools.
  
  
• Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) Management
  The Committee Management Secretariat ensures that advice by the various advisory committees formed over the years is objective and accessible to the public by providing brochures, training, advice and guidance, consultations, and an annual review process of advisory committees.
  
  
• Federal Regulation Policy
  As one of the central management agencies of the federal government, GSA is responsible for carrying out the policy and regulatory functions assigned to it by Congress. GSA collaborates with customer agencies and stakeholders to develop policies for the implementation of federal laws, executive orders and other executive branch guidance, and provides a flexible and effective governmentwide policy framework.
  
  
• Intergovernmental Solutions
  As the only government organization whose primary mission is to bring about information and skill-sharing among public-sector leaders, the Center for Intergovernmental Solutions produces publications, organizes conferences and workshops, and uses technology to foster relationships that facilitate the use of best-practices in government and improve public services to citizens.
  
  
• Policy Awards
  To recognize contributions toward improving management practices and promote effective policy implementation within a broad range of program areas, GSA offers awards to federal executive agency teams and individual employees.
  
  
• Govermentwide Reports
  The Office of Governmentwide Policy provides tools for federal agencies to fulfill its responsibilities under the Federal Property Administrative Support Act and the Federal Records Act to collect semi-annual or annual data required by various statutes or policies.
