      The Arbitrator sustained a grievance alleging that the grievant lost an overtime opportunity due to the Agency's violation of a Memorandum of Understanding and was entitled to lost pay resulting from that missed overtime opportunity. The Authority set aside the award as inconsistent with the Back Pay Act.
