Abstract

The American Council on Science and Health (ACSH) is a consumer education organization based in New York City. ACSH is an independent association that promotes scientifically balanced evaluations of food, chemicals, the environment, and their relationship to human health. ACSH is nonprofit and tax-exempt. ACSH prepares and publishes reports in the areas of food safety, nutrition, health misinformation, and the effects on health of tobacco, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and other environmental factors.

Publications

ACSH's various books, booklets, and reports are available for a fee.
