Figure 16 is titled "Mental Health Treatment among Adults Aged 18 or Older with Serious Mental Illness, by Race/Ethnicity: 2002." It is a bar graph, where the horizontal axis represents race/ethnicity and the vertical axis represents percent receiving mental health treatment. There are three race/ethnicity categories: White (Non-Hispanic), Black (Non-Hispanic), and Hispanic. For each race/ethnicity, the percentage receiving mental health treatment is as follows:

Of whites (non-Hispanic) with serious mental illness (SMI), 51.9% received mental health treatment.
Of blacks (non-Hispanic) with SMI, 36.9% received mental health treatment.
Of Hispanics with SMI, 37.8% received mental health treatment.
