The Arbitrator denied a grievance alleging that employees were entitled to overtime compensation. The Authority found that the Union failed to establish that the award was deficient under § 7122(a) of the Statute and denied the exceptions. The Authority found that the award was not based on a nonfact, nor that it was contrary to 5 C.F.R. § 551.402.
