The Arbitrator sustained a grievance, which alleged that the Agency improperly imposed a one-day suspension on the grievant. The Authority denied the exceptions asserting that the award is contrary to law.
The Authority also rejected the allegations that the award was based on nonfacts, or that it failed to draws its essence from the parties' agreement.
