The Arbitrator denied a grievance alleging that the Agency violated the parties' collective bargaining agreement (CBA) when it terminated an 8% environmental differential pay (EDP) for unit employees employed in the Agency's Paint Complex. The Authority denied the exceptions concluding that the award was not contrary to law, nor that it failed to draw its essence from the parties' CBA, or that it was based on a nonfact.
