Planning Election Mail
Planning your mailing in advance will help to ensure that it goes out in a timely, efficient manner, which is critical during an election period.

First determine which mail services to use for your mailing. Your decision depends on what and how much you are mailing, and how soon you need it delivered.

Next, arrange a meeting with a Postal Service™ representative to discuss the logistics of your mailing. Discuss aspects of your mailing including the date you would like your mailing to be received, and also when and where it should be presented to the Postal Service.
