The Executive Mail Center Manager (EMCM) program is a comprehensive training program that is designed for individuals who wish to develop Mail Center Management skills.
The EMCM program provides training specifically designed for mailing industry professionals. The program teaches skills needed to:

Training is available through five-day residency programs offered at Postal Service training facilities located in Norman, Oklahoma. Training may also be arranged in your city through sponsorship by your Postal Customer Council. The cost is $120 per day/per training module, and there are 8 training modules available.
