National Customer Service Center (NCSC) Customer Accounts and Research Contacts Summary The Office of Customer Accounts and Research (QC) is responsible for coordinating strategic national account teams. The national account teams support agencies by providing a wide range of information about the acquisition vehicles and solutions that Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) offers. QC performs customer outreach activities, performs brand management, and develops customer-oriented materials. QC gathers customer intelligence and shares this intelligence throughout GSA to help develop and offer customer–focused solutions. Value Proposition
