Office of Strategic Planning
The Office of Strategic Planning (OSP) focuses on the future of the Postal Service™. The mission is to support the Postmaster General in assessing the business and political environment and to assist senior management in the development of strategic goals, objectives, performance measures and indicators, and annual targets.

The OSP assists the Executive Committee in aligning organizational initiatives with the strategic goals, helps to integrate, communicate, and monitor the implementation of major initiatives, assists functional planners in the development of their long-term plans and strategies, and enhances the long-term positioning of the Postal Service by identifying and developing new initiatives and strategic alliances.
