The two types of Qualified BRM™ (permit required for each) include:

Basic Qualified BRM- Recommended if you expect more than 843 responses a year and want to take advantage of automation-compatible mailpiece discounts.

High Volume Qualified BRM - Recommended if you expect more than 40,000 replies in a quarter, and want to take advantage of automation-compatible mailpiece discounts.

To send QBRM, apply for a unique ZIP + 4® Code to use in your mailings. The ZIP + 4 Code (and its corresponding barcode) allows for efficient sorting on U.S. Postal Service® automated equipment.
