CCFA Physician MembersThis is a list of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals who are members of CCFA. We are providing this list online to help you find a healthcare professional in your state or country. When using this list, please note the following: - Inclusion on this list does not mean that the healthcare professional is recommended by CCFA. It also does not mean that the physician or healthcare professional specializes in the treatment of Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. This is simply a list of CCFA's healthcare professional membership. CCFA cannot recommend specific physicians or other professionals.
- CCFA offers two categories of Physician Membership: Participating (cost: $300) and Premier (cost: $400). Premier membership entitles a physician to additional member benefits, but does not denote a higher level of professional competence and/or qualifications.
- CCFA cannot attest to the credentials of its members.
- CCFA does not evaluate the competency of its members.
- Our Physician Member list is copyrighted material belonging to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America ("CCFA") and is intended for the sole use of locating or contacting a CCFA healthcare professional member.
