AIS products are raw database files made available to customers to enhance address standardization and/or obtain detailed address information. Products are available on cartridge, CD-ROM and DVD. Customers who want to copy, in part or whole, or redistribute any AIS product must pay a licensee fee, which constitutes permission to duplicate a USPS® product. A copy of the copyright regulations and the license agreement can be obtained by contacting the National Customer Support Center at 1-800-238-3150.
