Heavy Duty Diesel Engine Consent Decree Documents

Motion to Enter Information

The Motions to Enter the decrees settling the cases against the diesel engine manufacturers were filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia by the Department of Justice on April 30, 1999. Each Motion to Enter contains comments made to the Court regarding the consent decree, the United States' response and grounds made by the United States on why the Court should enter the consent decrees. All the Motions are identical except the one for United States v. Navistar International Transportation Company.

Paper copies of each Motion to Enter (Docket Number EC-1999-006) can be obtained at EPA's Enforcement and Compliance Docket and Information Center in the Ariel Rios Building, Room 4033, 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW.
