Center for Services Acquisition: This office has expertise in the area of financial and business solutions. The Financial and Business Solutions (FABS) Schedule includes such financial support services as credit monitoring, auditing, financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial asset, and business information services. Additional services include risk assessment and mitigation, risk analysis, and data breach analysis.
Management Services Center: This office has expertise in a variety of services. The Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule includes consulting, facilitation, survey, training, privatization support, and program management services to support business management functions. The Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule covers the distinct phases of an engineering project for the major disciplines of mechanical, electrical, chemical, and components of civil engineering, as well as such subdisciplines as aerospace, nuclear, bioengineering, and marine architecture. The Language Services Schedule includes translation and interpretation services, comprehensive linguistics analytical and support services, and services for the visually and hearing impaired. The Environmental Services Schedule includes environmental planning, compliance, waste management, reclamation, recycling and disposal, and remediation services. The Logistics Worldwide (LOGWORLD) Schedule covers a variety of logistics management and support services. The Management Services Center also has responsibility for the Consolidated Schedule. In the event the supplies and services vendors offer can be classified under more than one solicitation or acquisition center/office, vendors may want to consider participating in the consolidated solicitation. This solicitation includes items under most Schedule solicitations GSA issues. The solicitation is designed for companies that are in horizontal markets—that is, companies that offer items falling under various solicitations or acquisition centers/offices. The Consolidated Schedule provides a single entryway into the GSA Schedules Program. It allows vendors to reduce the costs of participating in GSA Schedules, expand their menu of commercial offerings, reduce administrative costs by minimizing duplication, and better manage their offerings.
Center for IT Schedule Programs: This office has expertise in a wide variety of information technology and telecommunications products and services. The General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software, and Services Schedule (IT Schedule) includes such equipment as large scale, desktop, and laptop/portable/notebook computers; professional workstations; servers; optical and imaging systems; printers; displays; network equipment; optical recognition input/output devices; storage devices; telephone equipment; telephone answering and voice message systems; audio and video teleconferencing equipment; facsimile equipment; radio transmitters/receivers/antennas; microwave radio and radio navigation equipment; and pagers and public address systems. Both term and perpetual software licenses for large scale and microcomputers are included for operating system, application, electronic commerce, utility, communications, core financial management, and ancillary financial systems software. Leasing and rental of equipment, as well as IT training, are also included. IT professional services include IT facility operation and maintenance, IT systems development, IT systems analysis, automated information systems design and integration, programming, IT backup and security, IT data conversion, and IT network management services. Electronic commerce services include Value Added Network Services (VANS), email, Internet access, and navigation services. Wireless services include paging and cellular services. Other items solicited under the IT Schedule include authentication products and services, consisting of hardware, software components, and supporting services that provide for identity assurance; e.g., digital certificate products, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) services, and Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) products and service components.
Greater Southwest Acquisition Center (formerly General Products Acquisition Center): This office has expertise in a wide variety of diverse products and services. The Buildings and Building Materials/Industrial Services and Supplies Schedule includes such building-related products as power distribution equipment, generators, and batteries; forklifts; water/sewer filtration systems; above ground storage tanks/systems; fuel dispensing units and fuel management systems; prefabricated buildings; construction and building materials/supplies; and solar energy systems, energy saving lighting, and specialty lighting. The Food Service, Hospitality, Cleaning Equipment and Supplies, and Chemicals and Services Schedule encompasses food service equipment and supplies, toiletries and personal care items, janitorial and cleaning equipment, detergents and chemicals, and recycling containers and waste receptacles. The Total Solutions for Law Enforcement, Security, Facility Management Systems, Fire, Rescue, Special Purpose Clothing, Marine Craft, and Emergency/Disaster Response Schedule includes such products as body armor, night vision equipment, metal and bomb detection equipment, alcohol detection and drug testing kits, criminal investigative equipment and supplies, closed circuit surveillance systems, security convergence solutions, alarm and signal systems, facility management systems, firefighting and rescue equipment (excluding fire trucks), marine craft, and special purpose clothing. The office also has responsibility for the Advertising & Integrated Marketing Solutions (AIMS) Schedule, which includes advertising, market research and analysis, conference and tradeshow planning, public information services, and integrated marketing solutions. The Temporary Administrative and Professional Staffing Services (TAPS) Schedule covers a variety of temporary clerical and professional support services. The Scientific Equipment and Services Schedule includes test and measurement equipment; unmanned scientific vehicles; laboratory instruments, furnishings, and laboratory information management systems; geophysical and environmental analysis equipment; and mechanical, chemical, electrical, and geophysical testing services.
Center for Facilities Maintenance and Hardware: This office has expertise in the areas of tools and appliances, and facilities maintenance and management. The Hardware SuperStore Schedule includes such products as office and household appliances; commercial coatings/paints, adhesives, sealants, brushes, and rollers; tools; woodworking and metalworking machinery and equipment; and lawn and garden equipment. The Facilities Maintenance and Management Schedule includes such services as landscaping, lawn maintenance, and gardening; facilities maintenance and management; elevator and escalator inspection/maintenance; fire alarm and fire suppression systems maintenance; industrial, aerospace, and marine painting; and pest control. The Schedule also includes energy management, water conservation, and support services.
National Administrative Services and Office Supplies Acquisition Center: This office has expertise in the areas of training, human resources and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) services, commercial office products and services, photographic equipment and related services, publication media, and shipping supplies. The Training Aids and Devices, Instructor-Led Training, Course Development, Test Administration Schedule includes onsite and offsite instructor-led training, as well as customized and web based training in such areas as general education, medical, engineering, science, business, foreign languages, and acquisition. Training aids and devices encompass teaching machines and simulation devices, as well as programmed learning materials. The Human Resources and EEO Services Schedule covers the full range of professional human resources and EEO services including planning, recruitment and internal placement, pre-employment screening, position classification, personnel actions, investigation of discrimination complaints, preparation of investigation reports, alternative dispute resolution, and EEO counseling. The Office Products/Supplies and Services and New Products/Technology Schedule includes the full gamut of office products and supplies (e.g., paper, writing instruments, video products, computer supplies), as well as restroom products and services related to office products. The Photographic Equipment—Cameras, Photographic Printers, and Related Supplies and Services (Digital and Film-Based) Schedule encompasses a wide range of cameras and accessories, digital photo equipment, photographic printers, photographic laboratory systems, and related supplies and services. The Publication Media Schedule includes books, pamphlets, periodicals, subscription services, and lending library services. The Shipping, Packaging and Packing Supplies Schedule includes bags and sacks, boxes, cartons, crates, packaging and bulk packing materials, and Unique Identification (UID)/Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) security tags.
Integrated Workplace Acquisition Center (formerly National Furniture Center): This office is the leading supplier of furniture and furnishings to federal activities worldwide, and can provide a solution that fits any environment and budget, including purchase, lease, or rental. The Office Furniture Schedule includes furniture systems and workstation clusters, tables, acoustical partitions and wall treatments, stacking chairs, filing and storage cabinets, and executive office and conference room furniture. Services under this Schedule include installation, design/layout, and reconfiguration and relocation. The Household and Quarters Furniture Schedule covers a variety of dormitory, quarters, and residential furniture; upholstered seating; casual and outdoor furniture; and installation and leasing. The Packaged Furniture Schedule includes packaged offices, dormitory and quarters packaged rooms, and healthcare rooms. The Comprehensive Furniture Management Services Schedule encompasses such services as project management, asset management, design/layout, and reconfiguration/relocation management related specifically to furniture. The Special Use Furniture Schedule includes furniture for libraries, preschool and classrooms, auditoriums and theaters, mail sorting and distribution, cafeterias and food service, and hospital patient rooms, as well as industrial and institutional furniture. This office also provides customer agencies with a variety of diverse products and services under several other Schedules. The Professional Audio/Video, Telemetry/Tracking, Recording/Reproducing, and Signal Data Solutions Schedule includes audio and video recording and reproducing components and systems, television cameras, camcorders, televisions, VCRs, and DVDs. Telecommunications equipment solicited includes telemetry and tracking, radar (except airborne), underwater sound, visible and invisible light, and fiber optic and digital telecommunications equipment. The Office, Imaging and Document Solutions Schedule includes copying and printing equipment; microphotographic, paper handling, and processing equipment; office machines; and filing, recordkeeping, and desktop equipment. Services include document management and mail management services. The Sports, Promotional, Outdoor, Recreational, Trophies, and Signs (SPORTS) Schedule contains park and recreational equipment; sporting goods and equipment; and trophies, awards, flags, and promotional products.
GSA Automotive: This office provides customer agencies with quality non-tactical vehicles and related services, while offering low vehicle prices. By consolidating agencies' requirements, customers realize substantial savings from all major vehicle manufacturers. The Vehicular Multiple Award Schedule (VMAS) includes construction, road, and snow maintenance equipment; fire trucks; mobile command centers; trash collectors and recycling vehicles; trailers; water and refueling tankers; and vehicle accessories and equipment. The Schedule also includes the purchase or lease of gas or electric low speed vehicles. The Tires Schedule encompasses a wide range of new tires for passenger vehicles, as well as light and medium trucks and buses. The Schedule also includes retreaded tires for light and medium trucks and buses. The Leasing of Automobiles and Light Trucks Schedule covers leasing of sedans, sport utility vehicles, and vans and light trucks. Office of Travel and Transportation Services: This office has expertise in two primary areas—travel services and transportation services. The Transportation, Delivery and Relocation Solutions (TDRS) Schedule includes domestic delivery services, providing a wide variety of options for agencies to meet their domestic shipping needs. The Schedule also covers governmentwide employee relocation services, providing services for employees and their families being transferred to new duty stations. Additional services include ground transportation services, providing time definite pickup and delivery of government personnel; local courier delivery services, providing same day delivery of letters, small packages, and heavyweight shipments within a metropolitan city area; and office relocation services, providing the removal of existing office furniture, equipment, and related supplies from the existing location, transporting the items to a new location, and placing them according to the direction of the federal agency. The Travel Services Solutions Schedule includes travel consulting services, travel agent services, and charter services.
