The mean age of past year initiates of inhalants was 16.0, of marijuana it was 18.0, of LSD it was 18.4, of PCP it was 18.9, of Ecstasy it was 19.5, of cocaine it was 20.0, of pain relievers it was 23.3, of stimulants it was 24.1, of heroin it was 24.4, of tranquilizers it was 25.2, and of sedatives it was 29.3.
