PostalOne! Account Inquiry  
Request PostalOne!® account information from the USPS database.
Submit an online request to USPS for information about your PostalOne! postage payment account through the Account Inquiry function. You can view and print your account information, or download it for use in your own database. The Account Inquiry Help page provides information on how to use Account Inquiry.

Note: To get current balance and last deposit information without using a computer or Internet connection, call (866) 252-9168. Have your postage payment account number (CAPS five-digit account number) and password available when you call.
 
System Requirements
To access the USPS database, your computer should have the following minimum components:

Standard Web browser with JavaScript and SSL enabled
Internet connection


Inquiry Time
It typically takes five to six minutes for the postage payment account database to generate a report. However, the following factors may impact the amount of time your inquiry will take:

The speed of your Internet connection
The number of users accessing the Web server at that time
The amount of data you request

Note: For optimal performance, customers are strongly recommended to download data frequently.
